America Reloaded / Companion evidence ledger

U.S. Defense Projects, Factories & Investments Ledger

Map of the United States showing selected reported defense production and infrastructure locations, color-coded for shipbuilding and maritime, aircraft and aerospace, ground systems, energy and infrastructure, and semiconductors and technology
120+ projects, factories and investments — geographic footprint. Points show selected reported locations and program clusters across more than 40 states; they are not presented as a fully reconciled 120-location ledger.

Project, Research, Analysis, Editorial by Patrick Russell; assisted by ChatGPT (OpenAI).

This ledger separates geographic footprint from demonstrated industrial capacity. Every record is graded through announcement, authority, funding, construction, hiring, production and delivered output.

Where America Is Reloading regional centers of defense production and strategic infrastructure
The regional graphic summarizes the principal production and infrastructure concentrations. The records below determine what can be treated as verified capacity.

Evidence boundary

What the “120+ projects” map does—and does not prove

The approved infographic states that more than 120 major projects, factories and investments span more than 40 states. The composite image does not identify 120 source-resolved rows, and the publication master does not contain a complete item-level dataset behind every map dot. GIB therefore treats that number as a directional infographic claim—not a verified ledger total—until every location is reconciled to a primary record.

This page publishes the verified baseline now available. Consolidated awards such as the CHIPS program are retained as grouped records when the cited source reports a program count but the article has not independently audited every underlying project.

Published records38

Source-resolved programs or grouped project families.

Explicit grouped count40

CHIPS projects reported by GAO across 19 companies.

Unreconciled claim120+

Not treated as verified until an item-level source audit is complete.
